Return Policy

We offer a 10-day return window, meaning you have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered—unused or unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with clear instructions on where and how to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (including personalized or special-order items), and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale or discounted items and gift cards are not eligible for return.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be in their original condition—unused or unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging—and must include proof of purchase.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
